Indie Film Festival Poster

Early in 2013, I was asked to create an original painting that could be used as a theme image to promote the 2014 Santa Cruz Film Festival."The Spirit of Santa Cruz" evokes the sunny light and playful nature of southern California. I wanted it to call to mind the heyday years of Hollywood in the 1950s.
